Include the page address when you are writing about a specific guide. A sentence saying what is wrong is more useful than a screenshot with no location. We do not need your booking reference for a hotel, because we do not have it.
What we can help with

- Privacy requests, which are also explained in the privacy policy.
- Suggestions for a destination we do not yet cover. We cannot promise to add it.
Bookings and hotel problems
We do not take reservations and we cannot change, cancel or refund a stay. Contact the accommodation or the company you paid. Their confirmation email is the right trail. If a business is using our name in a way that suggests we sold you a room, forward that message to the address above.
What to leave out
Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or copies of identity documents. A privacy request needs enough detail for us to find the right email thread, not a full identity file.
Guide me to UK is an independent information site. We do not own hotels or take bookings. Fares, opening hours and timetables change, so confirm them before you travel. Reviewed October 2026.
